Hey Leute,

Wer Probleme mit Punkbuster hat kann ihn mit den angehängten Dateien aktualisieren/installieren.
Bitte achtet darauf, dass der Punkbuster unter Optionen-->Mehrspieler Optionen-->Punkbuster auf "Ja" gestellt ist.
Please make shure that Punkbuster is set to "Yes": Options-->Multiplayer Options-->Punkbuster-->"Yes".

PB-Update/Installations Tools:
pbsetup.zip Punkbuster Updater
pbsvc.zip Tool zum Überprüfen der Punkbuster Installation auf Fehler.
pbweb.exe PB Web Updater

PB Installationsanleitung /PB Installation Guide

Im Spielverzeichnis den Ordner pb löschen. /Delete the folder "pb" in your games folder
Diese Datei laden: /Download this file
http://gb-clan.de/test/index.php?page=At?ttachmentID=268
Datei entpacken und ausführen /Extract and execute
Add game-->Call of Duty 4-->Spielpfad festlegen (der Ordner, in dem deine iw3mp.exe Datei liegt) /Click "Add game" -->Call of Duty 4 --->Choose your gamepath with iw3mp.exe
Check for updates anklicken /Press "Check for Updates"
Wenn es immer noch zu Fehlern kommt dann diese Datei laden: /If Punkbuster doesn't work properly yet download this file:

Entpacken und ausführen, auf Install/Reinstall Punkbuster Service klicken und durchlaufen lassen /Extract and execute the file and press "Install/Reinstall Punkbuster Service

Sollte es immer noch zu Problemen kommen, gibt es noch die Möglichkeit Punkbuster über den Webupdater zu aktualisieren:
If Punkbuster still doesn't work there is the possibility to update your pb files via PB WebUpdater:

Diese Dateigerunterladen: pbweb.exe/Download this file: pbweb.exe
Die Datei in den Ordner "PB" im Spielverzeichnis kopieren /Copy the file into your PB Folder in your cod4 directory
Führe die Datei pbweb.exe durch einen Doppelklick aus /Execute the file pbweb.exe by double click on it.

Achja wegen Punkbuster Installation Guide, postet doch lieber den Punkbuster selbst, also wo man dann Spiele eintragen kann bei denen der Punkbuster aktiviert werden soll. Oder ist das bei der setup Datei dabei?

Ja hab ich bisschen blöd formuliert

Man muss doch Punkbuster nicht nur installieren, sondern es gibt doch noch dieses Fenster wo man dann den Pfad vom Spieleordner angeben muss von dem Spiel für das man den Punkbuster braucht. Ist zumindest bei mir so.
